Executive Director

Joining the Quadball Canada volunteer team in 2020 as an Events Coordinator, Soleil was critical in ensuring the safe return to in-person play following the COVID-19 lockdowns. In 2022, she took on the Events Director portfolio, and oversaw the return of our National Championship, which was held in Edmonton, AB. Working with local, provincial, and national sports organizations, Soleil engaged heavily in partnership building, policy work, and organizational development. She has had broad exposure to the Canadian sport context as a consultant, with extensive experience elevating and strengthening the governance frameworks of sports organizations in Canada. Soleil brings fresh perspective and vision to this critical leadership role, and is committed to building membership and engagement within our organization.

Executive Director

Hailey joined the Quadball Community in 2014 as a player for the Queen’s Quidditch Club. Since then, she has held the roles of player, coach and volunteer across multiple teams, inclusive of the Ottawa Otters, the Ottawa Black Bears, the Carleton Ravens and Team Canada. She holds a Masters in Sports Management and has been working for Field Hockey Canada for the past five years, holding the current role of Events and Engagement Officer. She has a wealth of experience in leading and organizing international and domestic events, as well as developing fundraising, sponsorship, and registration platforms. Hailey hopes to combine both her professional skills with her passion for our sport, to help accelerate the growth and development of Canadian Quadball.

Membership Director

Alex joined the quadball community in 2010 as a player for Carleton Quidditch, and was Co-Captain of Ryerson Quidditch from 2012-2015. Since then she has organized many tournaments for the league, including as Tournament Director for Eastern Regionals and the National Championships, and stepped in as Events Director from 2020-2022. Previously she worked to promote the sport as Convention Coordinator from 2015-2019. She holds a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Savannah Campbell headshot

Savannah Campbell

Director of Marketing and Communications

Savannah began her Quadball journey with the University of Ottawa in 2018, and has been dedicated to the sport and community ever since. As a player, coach, and volunteer, Savannah often spearheads Quadball engagement and development initiatives, including skills clinics, fundraisers, and social media content systems. Savannah was instrumental in the creation and delivery of the 2024 National Development “Bubble” Team program, going on to chase and seek for Team Canada herself at the 2025 World Cup in Belgium. She holds a B.Sc. in Biology, Minor in Creative Writing, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management.

Gameplay Director

Kyle Ross first joined the quadball community in 2014 as a player for the Queen’s Quidditch Club, serving as Captain and Head Ref. Kyle has been a Gameplay Coordinator with Quadball Canada since 2017 and a member of the IQA 2018-2020 rulebook team. He works as a Machine Learning Engineer and University Lecturer.

Western Events Director

Katie joined quadball in 2017 with the UVic Valkyries Quidditch Club. Since then she has served as treasurer for UVic's team as well as attempted to make a South Island Community team a possibility. She has been primarily reffing in the western quadball community in the past few years and was the non-playing tournament director for 2023 Western Regionals. She also joined Team Canada at 2023 World Cup as a non-playing volunteer and referee. Currently Katie is working as a financial planning assistant and office manager and is excited to put these and her other skills to use to bring some great events to fruition.

Atishya Mani

Eastern Events Director

Atishya joined the quadball community in 2022 as a player for the University of Toronto Centaurs, and now serves as president for the team. She has over 4 years of event management experience through her work in student council at her high school, as well as through house council at her residence. Currently she is a third year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto and is studying genetics, immunology and english. She is excited to use her experiences to help better Quadball Canada and learn more about sports management.

Michelle Ferguson headshot

Michelle Ferguson

National Team Program Director

Michelle Ferguson played quadball for 10 years. First for the University of Ottawa, then for the Alberta Clippers and the Edmonton Aurors, and finally for Werewolves of London in the UK.

She has represented Canada at Global Games in Burnaby, B.C (2014) and at World Cup in Frankfurt (2016) and Richmond, Virginia (2023).

Michelle has also been involved in the Quadball Canada National Team program as part of the selection committee for the 2018 World Cups and 2019 Pan Am Games.

Outside of quadball, Michelle is a communications manager in London, UK.
